    Yes, all of our movers are fully trained, licensed, and insured to handle all of your moving needs.
  • What hours do you operate?
    Our standard hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm and Sautrday-Sunday, 8:00 am - 7:00 pm. However, we are able to accommodate special requests outside of these hours.
  • How do I schedule a move with A2 Moving Company?
    You can schedule a move with A2 Moving Company by calling us, filling out our online contact form, or visiting our website and filling out the request for a quote.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please inform us at least 72 hours in advance. If you cancel your move within 72 hours of the scheduled move date, a cancellation fee may be charged. If you cancel on the day of the move or fail to show up for the scheduled move, a cancellation fee will be charged as 3 hours of service.
  • Do you provide packing and unpacking services?
    Yes, we offer packing and unpacking services to make your move as stress-free as possible.
  • Do you offer senior or military discounts?
    Yes, we offer senior and military discounts as a way of showing our appreciation for their service.

    Yes, we can provide all necessary packing materials for your move.

    Yes, we offer short-term and long-term storage solutions for our customers. Our storage facilities are secure and climate-controlled to ensure that your items are safe and protected.
  • Can you move my piano or other large items?
    Yes, our team is equipped to move large items such as pianos, pool tables, and other large furniture. We have the necessary equipment and expertise to move these items safely and efficiently.

At A2 Moving Company, we accept various forms of payment to make the process as convenient as possible for our customers. Our accepted forms of payment include:

Cancellation Policy

At A2 Moving Company, we understand that plans can change and unexpected events can occur. That is why we have a flexible cancellation policy to accommodate our customers' needs.

  1. If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please inform us at least 72 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request and reschedule your move to a more convenient date.

  2. If you cancel your move within 72 hours of the scheduled move date, a cancellation fee of $200 may be charged.

  3. If you cancel on the day of the move or fail to show up for the scheduled move, a cancellation fee will be charged as 3 hours of service.

  4. If the move is canceled due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control, we will work with you to reschedule your move at no additional cost.

  1. Our team of expert movers will handle all of your belongings with care and respect. We will ensure that all of your items are properly packed, loaded, transported, and unloaded to your satisfaction.

  2. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please let us know within 24 hours of the completion of the move. We will work with you to resolve any issues and make it right.
